At Bodyfitts, we are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. General Policy
Bodyfitts does not accept returns or refunds on any products once the item has been delivered to the carrier.
If a product or service purchased from the Bodyfitts website is not as described, you may be eligible to return the item in accordance with our Terms of Purchase.
2. Order Cancellation
We accept order cancellations before the product has been shipped or produced.

If the order is cancelled before shipment, you will receive a full refund.

Once the order has been shipped, we unfortunately cannot cancel the order.
3. Returns (if applicable)
We accept returns of products. Customers have the right to request a return within 14 days after delivery.
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.

It must be in its original packaging.

A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Before returning your product, please contact our customer service team to confirm the correct return address.
4. Important Notes

Custom-made or personalized items are not eligible for the 14-day return policy.

If the return is due to customer reasons (e.g., change of mind), the customer is responsible for the shipping costs. The specific amount depends on the courier you select.

If the return is due to our error (e.g., damaged, defective, or incorrect item), Bodyfitts will cover the shipping costs.

No restocking fees will be charged for returns.
5. Refunds (if applicable)
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will send you an email confirming receipt. You will also be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 14 days.
If the return is caused by customer reasons, you will be responsible for the shipping cost. If the issue was caused by Bodyfitts (e.g., damaged or incorrect goods), you will not bear any shipping fees.
6. Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
If you have not received your refund yet, please follow these steps:
